We, the property owner, nor the Estate are responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.
All items are sold "as is" and "as found". There are NO returns and the seller expresses no warranty on any item.

We had a fantastic estate sale of the personal property in February and now it's time for the long awaited warehouse sale of the vintage/classic car collection!
All of the vehicles have a professional appraisal. ***It is very important to be aware that ALL of these vehicles have been "sitting" in the warehouse and they are currently in non-working condition. They were running when they were driven into the warehouse several years ago. This inventory is offered "as is" and "as found" with no warranty from the seller (the Executor of the Estate).
Most of the cars have titles and the others need to go through the bonding process (which is at the buyer's expense).
The following list are the vehicles that need to be bonded (meaning, no title): 1986 Olds 88 Royale, 1959 Edsel, 1955 Thunderbird, 1970 Chevelle Super Sport, 1970 Chevelle (red 2 door), motorcycle trailer, both JetSki trailers,
***Refer to all of the photos and descriptions. The price you see posted (under the photo) is the "reserve amount". This sale will be "best offer over the reserve amount" for the cars only. This is not an auction nor a buy-it-now event, but rather a "best offer over reserve" for the cars only.
The jet skis will be sold with the trailers. The trailers need new tires and can not be towed.
***This estate sale is “appointment only". We will schedule appointments on Monday, June 24 at 10AM. The warehouse is located in Wilkesboro.

In addition to the cars and jet skis, there are several other items for sale: one motorcycle trailer, 3 retro poker machines, a few riding mowers, a scooter, several beer signs (neon & others) and a tall vintage phone booth. These items will be priced and will not fall under the reserve amount process. As with the cars and trailers, the lawnmowers are not operational.
Removal is the responsibility of the buyer. If you don't have transportation, there will be a tow truck business on site and it is available for hire (at the buyer's expense).
Come prepared with payment ~ no personal checks! Vehicles will require a certified cashiers check made payable to the Estate. There are several nearby banks (that's why this is a weekday sale). The law firm (and a notary) will be present to handle the necessary title/paperwork to complete the transaction.
***Clarification of the sale process of the cars: during your scheduled appointment, you will have the opportunity to inspect the vehicles. At that time, you will submit your highest offer (over the reserve amount) AND at 1 PM the offers will be reviewed for approval and/or adjustment (if you choose to raise it).
In fairness to everyone, there are no early inspections nor pre-sales.
