Liability: We are not responsible for any injuries while in the Estate Sale.
As is Sale: Items bought from the Estate Sale are “As is”. Please check your items thoroughly before check out.
Payment Options: Cash is preferred. Cards can be accepted for a 3% fee. There will only be one cashier so using cash allows the flow of traffic in and out of the home much faster.
Sign in Sheet: There will be NO sign in sheet. Numbers will be given out 30 minutes prior after instruction of the sale is given. (Police your own)
Home Rules: NO shoes to be worn in the home. (Requested by home owner)
Flow of Sale: This home is small, with that being said there will only be 10-15 in at a time to start the sale. The flow will be based on the buyers. If we can safely fit more we will.
Donations: There will a clear donation jar at check out. 100% of these donations will be going to the America Legion Fuquay-Varina Post 116.
