Entrance to the sale and all shopping ends 15 minutes before advertised times (4:45 pm Friday and 1:45 pm Saturday / Sunday (where applicable)), please plan accordingly.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUND ANYONE, IN OUR ESTIMATION THAT CANNOT SAFELY REMOVE A PURCHASED LARGE ITEM FROM THE HOME ! PLEASE BE PROPERLY PREPARED WHEN PURCHASING LARGE ITEMS.

Any item priced online can be seen at estatesales.net and purchased sight unseen starting on Tuesday (week of the sale) at 8:30 am, AS IS, WHERE IS, by calling Ken Johnson at 910-520-6455 with the item number / description and your credit card number. WE CANNOT ASSIST YOU with item removal during pick up and especially during sale hours EVER - ITEMS MUST be removed safely - any damage during removal is your responsibility !!
