2 Day Estate Sale - Friday Full price Friday from 12 noon - 5 pm. 25 % off from 8 am - 12 noon and 50 % off from 12 noon - 2 pm. Any item that is priced online can be purchased sight unseen by calling Ken Johnson at 910-270-1200 with the item number / description and your credit card number. Item may be picked up the week prior to the sale if purchased over the phone and time permits. WE CANNOT ASSIST YOU with item removal during pick up and especially during sale hours EVER !! All items are purchased "as is, where is" and no warranties are given or implied. NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ACCEPTED - ALL SALES ARE FINAL !! We DO NOT always get the chance to plug items in and test them so please thoroughly inspect an item BEFORE you decide to purchase it !! When you remove a tag from an item - YOU BOUGHT IT !!
