PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE DRIVEWAY UNLESS REMOVING FURNITURE. We DO NOT Pre-SELL Items or Disclose prices prior to the sale.
~ Clipboard for official entrance numbers will go out on front porch ONE HOUR prior to start time. Please line up by number ten minutes before start time. If not present when number is called, we go to the next person until everyone has entered the house.
* WE ACCEPT CASH & CREDIT CARDS WITH PROPER I.D. THERE IS A 3% CHARGE ON CREDIT CARDS. There is no fee for debit cards. No checks. All items must be removed from the property by end of the last day of the sale.
No returns/refunds. All sales are final.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1) We do not allow sold stickers, other than our own. If you wish to purchase an item, ask one of our associates for a sold sticker. The sold sticker must have your name and phone number on to be considered sold. You are then obligated to purchase that item. Do not hoard items and then "decide" later to "go through" those items to decide if you plan to purchase them. You have taken them out of the sale when you set them back and could cause an item to miss a sale if you decide not to buy.
2) Be sure to examine all items closely and carefully before you pay for them. Remember all items SOLD AS IS, NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS. We do not guarantee electronic items are in working order. Please test them in advance of purchasing the item.
3) PRICES ARE NOT NEGOTIABLE THE FIRST DAY OF THE SALE , but discounts will occur over the course of the sale, after the first day. If you wish to make an offer on any item over $60 on Friday only, please ask for a OFFER sheet. Your offer must be at least 60% of the asking PRICE. If you make THE HIGHEST OFFER on an item we will call and inform you. Please honor your offer and come in the last day of the sale, pay for and pick up your item(s) by the end of the sale on the last day.
4) Buyer is responsible for removal of large items purchased by two hours before closing on the last day of the sale, unless a prior arrangement has been made. You must bring your own help as our employees DO NOT help load large items.
5) Please understand that if anyone is caught stealing, we will call the police.
6) Doors will open at the published time, not before.
7) Only a certain number of people will be allowed into the house due to the size of the home and safety of our customers. Please know that we will get everyone in as soon as we can possibly do so.
9). If you pick up an item and decide not to buy, please place item back where you found it. If not, please give to an employee and ask them to put the item back where it belongs.
10) If you break or damage an item you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.
11) Please do not bring food or drinks into the house and do not leave your trash on the front porch.
12) We do NOT do Pre-Sales or Give out Prices prior to the estate sale.
13) Please park on one side of the road not blocking the flow of traffic or any driveways etc.

Lovely home has quality furnishings, vintage items such as a beautiful circa 1850 organ. An office with two 7 foot lighted bookshelves with file drawers, a new printer and Claw and Ball executive desk. A custom, Wrought headboard and bed, a round marble and brass ram's head table and many more items to make this a memorable showing.
The garage has mechanic's tools including pneumatic and fine hand tools, car ramps, creeper, large vise, quality wrenches and socket sets and many yard tools.
The custom built, 24'X24' wood shop has over 100 years accumulation of new and used quality woodworking tools including a one year old ducted Grizzly 2 HP 220 volt Cyclone Dust collector with all pipes and fittings included. Also a 52 inch Delta Unisaw with a built-in router, a Delta 14 inch Floor model Band Saw with Riser, a 12 inch Dewalt Double bevel Sliding Compound Miter Saw, a Dewalt 13 inch, 2 SpeedThickness planer with infeed and out feed tables and stand. Also, a 25 inch, 220 volt enclosed drum sander on rolling base, a Delta 6 inch jointer on rolling stand, a new Porter Cable variable speed 8 inch disc sander with a 4X36 inch belt sander, a new Porter Cable Variable speed 8 inch Bench Grinder, a Rigid Edge/Belt/Spindle Sander like new. Also a Jet 42 inch Variable speed Wood Lathe with 2 Nova Chucks, a Live center set, and lathe chisels included. A new Earlex Spray Station HV5500 and too many other power and hand tools to mention here.
