All items sold as is. All sales are final.
Cash and Visa and Mastercard accepted (3% service fee on charge cards). Checks from known customers.
No food or drinks permitted inside the sale.
No pets please.
We reserve the right to restrict the number of customers inside the house at any time.
Numbers will be given out at 7:00 AM on Saturday.
No prices will be given out prior to the sale.
Customer is responsible for packing and carrying purchases. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please bring your own bags and packing materials.
All purchases must be removed by the end of the sales day, each day.
There are no public restrooms.
Person attending sale assumes all risks related to the sale (before, during and after) including personal injury. Attendee releases the property owners, Mason-Dixon South and their representatives and agents from any and all claims.

Large items will have two-part tags attached to them. When you decide to buy that item, then remove the bottom half of the tag and write your name and phone number on the top half. Once you take the bottom of the tag to the cashier and pay, then you may remove the item.
(You may use stickers with your name and phone number to attach to the top part of the tag.)

Announcements made the day of the sale supersede all advertisements either written or verbal.
