Buyer is responsible for heavy loading. It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.
Larger items will have a 2-part tear tag....to purchase you will need to write your name on the top section of the tag, rip off the bottom piece, and pay the cashier. In fairness to other customers, please do not change your mind once you have torn off the tag.
We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, damage, or injury.
Preparing a house for an estate sale or tag sale is more labor intensive than you might think, so it's not possible to answer individual questions...especially regarding prices.
Be respectful of the neighbors and don't block their driveways.
Cash only.....no checks, please.

Door opens promptly at scheduled times.
No previews or early sales.
Delivery available for hire.
