Description & Details
π©β¨ THE COLLECTOR'S RETREAT β¨π©
Winston-Salem, NC
Some people collect a few things.
This homeowner appears to have treated collecting as a competitive sport.
And honestly?
We respect that.
Tucked away in one of Winston-Salem's most beautiful neighborhoods is a home filled with art, nostalgia,
quality furniture, collectibles, music, books, and enough unexpected treasures to keep even seasoned
estate sale shoppers wandering around saying:
"Wait...where did THAT come from?"
Every room has a surprise.
Every shelf has a story.
And every time you think you've figured out the house...
It throws another curveball.
π¨ Art lovers will find Salvador Dali prints, signed artwork, original and antique paintings on canvas, and beautiful stained glass pieces.
β¨ Crystal collectors can browse Waterford and Baccarat.
You know...
The stuff you suddenly become very careful carrying.
π½οΈ Minton and Dansk make an appearance because apparently even the china cabinets in this house have standards.
πΆ Music lovers can lose themselves in LPs, cassettes, and CDs.
Remember when your music collection took up actual square footage?
Good times.
πΉοΈ Then the nostalgia kicks the door open.
Vintage Apple.
Sony.
Atari.
Vintage PC games.
Transformers.
Matchbox Cars.
Fisher-Price.
Basically an entire section dedicated to things your parents swore would never be worth anything someday.
Well.
Here we are.
ποΈ Furniture shoppers will find quality pieces by Henkel Harris, Link-Taylor, FjΓΈrds, and La-Z-Boy.
The kind of furniture built before manufacturers started experimenting with particle board and positive thinking.
You'll also discover:
π Books
πͺ‘ Handmade Quilts
π Vintage Clothing
πΊ Pottery
ποΈ Linens
π Holiday DΓ©cor
π³ Housewares
πͺ΄ Outdoor Furniture & DΓ©cor
π οΈ Yard Tools
π Collectibles
And approximately twelve things you didn't know you needed until you saw them.
πποΈ A QUICK WORD ABOUT PARKING ποΈπ
Campers...
This home is tucked away in one of Winston-Salem's beautiful neighborhoods.
Which is great for treasure hunting.
Less great for parking.
So if you've shopped with Happy Camper before, you already know what's coming...
The golf cart is making another appearance.
π
We'll be running shoppers back and forth throughout the sale because parking may require a little extra walking, and we're determined to make your treasure-hunting adventure as painless as possible.
It's become a bit of a Happy Camper tradition.
(And honestly, some of you seem more excited about the golf cart than the actual sale.)
Just remember:
ποΈ We are guests in this neighborhood.
Please don't block driveways.
Please don't park on lawns.
Please obey signs, cones, and staff directions.
The neighbors are graciously sharing their quiet little corner of Winston-Salem with a small army of people
searching for Dali prints, Atari games, Waterford crystal, and things they absolutely did not plan on buying.
Let's make sure they still like us when the weekend is over.
And if a cone tells you "no"...
It's not being dramatic.
It's doing its job.
Unlike that one shopper who insists they can fit a Suburban into a space designed for a bicycle.
π
We'll see you this weekend, Campers.
Bring your walking shoes.
Bring your treasure-hunting instincts.
And don't worry.
If you end up parked a little farther away than you'd like...
There's a good chance the Happy Camper shuttle service will come rolling by. ποΈπβ¨
