* If you are purchasing furniture and larger items please bring your own help to move
* If you are disrespectful to our staff or any other individuals during the sale you will be asked to leave and this does include speaking negatively regarding prices, etc. In other words please leave your negative comments in the car, we try our best but are not perfect
* If you are caught stealing you will be prosecuted
* Please do not pull the tag on an item or put the item on hold unless you plan on purchasing the item
* Please do not switch price tags!(Price tag switching is considered stealing and we will prosecute) nor hide items to come back and get on discount day
* We reserve the right to limit the number of individuals into home at one time and will also request a single file line before entering. Weather is getting colder so please feel free to wait in your car until we get there.
* All items must be out by 5pm on the last day of sale
* Forms of payment are checks, cash and credit cards
* We take all information on credit card transactions, if u dispute your credit card charge after the purchase you will be blocked from future credit card purchases

Great estate sale in Winston Salem of a retired attorney and a retired teacher! Multiple lawyers bookcases, an antique cranberry glass and brass hanging lantern, a Charles Surendorf Linocut print, large antique floor to ceiling gold gilt mirror, large grandfather clock, tons of china and crystal, a large safe, clothing, a hospital bed, Christmas decorations including Byers carolers with original boxes, tons and tons of books and magazines, beautiful furniture including a Henkel Harris dining table and chairs, small metal soldiers most unpainted but some painted and much more! There is an upstairs attic that has been finished into multiple rooms where a lot of the items are located and unfortunately there is no air conditioning so we are trying to move as much as we can down but there will still be a lot up there so it may be a little warm up there. We will have plenty of boxes and wrapping for you to use. Please bring adequate help if you plan on purchasing larger items especially the safe! If you cannot remove without damaging the home please do not buy! The stair lift will need to be removed from stairs. Numbers will go out at the end of the driveway 1 hour prior to sale start each day! Hope to see you soon! 😍
