We welcome you to the tag sale. A few suggestions:

Please bring adequate help if you need assistance with loading heavy purchases.

Cash is preferred. Credit cards are accepted (if you agree to pay the bank service fee) and the new policy of over $50. per transaction.

We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.

It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.

All items are sold "as is" and there are no returns.

***Preparing for a sale is more labor intensive than you are aware of so it's not possible to answer individual questions ~ especially regarding prices.

In order to be fair to all of the customers, there are NO previews, NO early sales, nor price quotes.

Due to a special request by the family, this lovely estate sale will be by appointment (at scheduled times and in groups of 25) as not to disturb the neighbors and to provide a relaxed shopping experience in this prominent and grand home.

As avid entertainers, the former owners accumulated over 60 years of china, crystal, sterling, and silver-plate in the large formal dining room plus several sets of other dishes & serving pieces in the kitchen. There are so many are beautiful pieces of antique china and porcelain (Dresden, Wedgwood, Staffordshire, Meissen, Johnson Bros., Limoges, Haviland, etc)

This is just a partial house sale and not everything will be for sale at this time.

In addition to various pieces of small furniture, other items include exceptionally large table linens, home decor accessories, ladies vintage/retro clothing including 25 Hermes scarves, plenty of white wicker, vintage card table sets, and other interesting inventory including a player piano (plus 200 music rolls) and antique post office boxes.

There are many author signed books by Ansel Adams, Tony Bennett, Stephen king, John Grisham, James Patterson, Leroy Neiman, Olge Cassini, and others).
