BOOKS: over 1500 "as-new" condition books from the client's former book shop. The books range from children's, literature, general fiction, historical nonfiction, cooking, and Christmas. These books will be sold for $2.00 a book each (with a minimum purchase of 10 books).
There will also be a selection of first edition signed books, art and photography titles, along with an antiquarian selection from the family's personal library.
If you plan to attend, be aware that there is no on-street parking. Audubon Lane is very narrow so please park at Reynolda Presbyterian Church & walk to the house. It's OK to drop off and pick up at the house, but please do not try to park on Audubon.
