Cash is preferred. Credit cards are accepted (if you agree to pay the bank service fee) and the new policy of over $50. per transaction.
We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.
It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.
All items are sold "as is" and there are NO returns.....it is your responsibility to test an electrical item before purchasing.
In fairness to everyone, there are NO previews, NO pre-sales, nor price quotes.
*Preparing for a sale is more labor intensive than you are aware of so it's not possible to answer individual questions ~ especially regarding prices.

You won’t want to miss this amazing estate sale filled with interesting inventory including vintage art, antique & traditional furniture (Henkel Harris, Baker, & others), sterling, crystal (Lalique, Waterford, Wedgwood), china, etc….
Plus, a Baldwin baby grand piano, crystal chandelier, outdoor sculptures, large wool rugs, washer/dryer combo machine, patio pieces, a well-stocked kitchen, etc….even a playground size swing set!
If you plan to buy fragile items, please bring your own packing material ~ we have some boxes and paper but not enough for everyone!
This is a smoke-free/pet-free house.

There is no pre-registration or appointments. Line-up numbers will be handed out at 9 AM Saturday morning and No numbers on Sunday……the door opens promptly at 10AM on Sunday.
Saturday and Sunday 10AM - 2PM
Entry will be limited and controlled to 25 customers at a time!
