* We accept cash, checks (w/ proper ID), debit/credit cards and Apple Pay (w/ 3% fee).
* Numbers will be passed out 60 minutes prior to start of sale to determine entry order. Each person will need a number (No Exceptions).
* We do not use sign-up sheets. DO NOT create one, it will removed and discarded.
* For your safety and the safety of others, we reserve the right to limit the number of customers entering the sale.
* No pre-sales (unless specified by our client)
* No previews or prices given out prior to sale.
* All items are sold “AS IS”, no express or implied warranties.
* All Sales Final.
* Please bring your own help and tools for the loading of large items.
* Please come prepared to wrap and pack your own purchases. Occasionally we provide wrapping paper and boxes, but this is not always the case.
* All purchased items must be removed prior to close of business on Saturday.
* Firearm sales require that you present a valid NC driver license and NC concealed carry permit. No Exceptions.
* Please be respectful of the property, its contents and especially other customers.
* Rude behavior of any kind WILL NOT be tolerated.
* Not responsible for accidents.
* NO public restrooms available.
* As of January 1, 2020, all Estate/Tag Sale operations must collect NC sales tax. If you're tax-exempt, bring your tax-exempt certificate with you.
