All aspects of this Auction are subject to change without notice. The Auctioneer reserves the right to at anytime and in the Auctioneer’s sole and absolute discretion make changes.
It is the responsibility of the bidder to determine the exact condition and authenticity of each item. No statement in this auction or by representatives of Port City Auctions shall be considered as a warranty or assumption of liability. Oral and written descriptions given by its staff members in person or electronically are given as a courtesy to a client, are only an opinion, and should not be considered as a guarantee of age, composition, or authenticity.
The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear or imperfections. A good condition report considers age and use of item with appropriate wear.
By bidding, you signify that you have either closely examined the items, have chosen not to examine them, or have hired an independent agent to examine the item(s) for you.
2. The AUCTIONEER reserves the right to withdraw a lot for any reason deemed appropriate, including any lots that may have a reserve, or if there is a lack of bidding interest or lack of appropriate bids. Port City Auctions shall always have the right to withdraw any item at any time for any reason and to default any sale in the event of an error or dispute.
3. There is an 10% buyer’s premium and a 10% non-refundable deposit due day of sale.
7. LEGAL: Negative feedback, publicly posted comments and / or all complaints resulting from bidder's failure to read and/or understand terms & conditions will be aggressively pursued by legal counsel with bidder(s) responsible for all legal fees.
