* We are on the two part tag system so please do not pull the bottom half of the tag unless you are going to purchase item
* If you need to look an item up please take your phone, tablet, etc outside we do not allow use in the home
* If you are purchasing furniture please bring your own help to move
* If you are disrespectful to our staff or any other individuals during the sale you will be asked to leave
* If you are caught stealing you will be prosecuted
* We reserve the right to limit the number of individuals into home at one time
* Numbers will be given 30 minutes prior to sale start
* All items must be out by 4pm on last day of sale
