FOR NOW....parking ONLY on Waynick Boulevard (meters ARE active - $ 2.50 / hour). We are trying to make arrangements with a nearby church or the Blockade Runner Resort for free parking there. DO NOT park at these facilities until you see permission HERE first) From Waynick Boulevard there is a path between homes to S. Lumina and the front of subject home.

TWO Day Estate Sale - Full price Friday from 12 noon - 5 pm. Saturday 25 % off from 8 am - 12 noon and 50 % off from 12 noon - 2 pm. Any item that is priced online can be purchased sight unseen by calling Ken Johnson at 910-270-1200 with a credit card over the phone. Item can be picked up the week prior to the sale if purchased over the phone. WE CANNOT ASSIST YOU with item removal during pick up hours EVER !!
