A deposit of 35% will be required on the automobiles unless it is paid for in full. The 50% discount will not apply to the car. Test driving of the cars will not start until 10:00 AM on Saturday

All items are full price on first day of sale. Remaining items will be 50% off on the second day.

All items are sold as is. There are NO refunds.

If you wish to leave a bid on any item over $50, please ask for a bid sheet. Minimum bid must be a minimum of 60%.

Buyer is responsible for moving/removal of furniture. Furniture must be removed BEFORE the end of the sale unless prior arrangements are made.

PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN HELP TO REMOVE FURNITURE and any other large items. We are not movers, we only facilitate the sales of all items in the home. Please prepare accordingly.

NO stealing or we will call the police.

We do not reveal any prices prior to an estate sale. We can assist with inquiries on further descriptions of items.
