Living Estate Sale of David and Leslie Hegge

We have another great sale in South Fargo!  
Again, there are high quality items here, many are new with tags, or new in the box!   This home is full of everything from vintage to new!   
There is truly truly something for everyone!   

There will be no parking on this driveway leading to the condo, so please be courteous to other customers and the neighbors, and don’t block anyone’s driveway, or block  anyone in.  Parking will be available on nearby streets.   

Due to the home being so full, we will limit the number of people in the home at one time to approximately 25 people.  As people leave, we will allow more people in the home.   We will hand out entry numbers at 8:30 am, or earlier, if time permits. If you arrive before 8:30 am, please ring the doorbell for a ticket, and if we are able, we will give you a ticket.   

***We are unable to answer any questions regarding pictures and pricing, measuring of items, etc, as we get hundreds of messages, and need to work on our sale***

*** For my fellow Cat lovers, and maybe Lobster Lovers… (my cats love lobster)! 😹…. There are a few beautiful cat decor items that I may have to arm-wrestle your for! 😺  There’s also an amazing set of lobster serving pieces that I would die for, but my house is too full, so please come out and purchase them before I consider purchasing them for my cats!!!   🙀

Bids will be accepted on items over $50 to avoid any negotiating during the sale. Pay the sticker price and the item is yours! Sunday prices will be 50% off ticketed prices, although some exclusions apply. Only bids over 50% will be considered on closing of the first day.  Clearance pricing will be Monday morning if needed.   

Please bring help for loading all items. We will have a limited supply of boxes and packing material available, as space is limited inside the home.   Your help in boxing/ bagging your items ( if needed) would be greatly appreciated, and would allow us to check out more people quickly.  While we do close at 5pm on Saturday and Sunday, arrangements may be made with me to pick up larger items after that time on both Saturday and Sunday.   All items must be picked up by closing on Monday, as we will be emptying the home at that time.   

****We will not give out prices prior to the sale****

Tickets will be handed out at 8:30 am, or earlier if time permits, to the customers already in line. Those customers that arrive after 8:30, will be allowed in the sale after everyone with entry tickets has been allowed in. This is done to help keep the flow of traffic going, and to be fair and equitable to who is at the front of the line to enter at 9am. We will limit the number of people allowed into the home at one time, in order to ensure the safety of our shoppers, and our clients.

We will only be using the front door as an entrance and exit for this sale. The line should start at the front door only. Further instructions will be placed outside the front door if you plan on being an early arrival and want to have a place in line. Your help in following this will make a great and fun experience for everyone.
