Bids can be placed on items over $100.00. Bids will be accepted until 4:00 pm CST on Sunday, July 28th. Once bidding ends, all bidders will be contacted. If there are more than one bidder, an auction over the phone will take place.
If you are out of town, shipping is available (added to your bill).
Initial bids will be 50% of the full asking price of any item over $100. Throughout the remainder of the sale, higher bids will be accepted to increase the sale price up to the original asking price.
All items under $100.00 will be half-price beginning Sunday.
All items are sold as is. We ask that you please inspect items carefully. All sales are final.

Join us along the banks of the Elkhorn River where we are presenting a sale full of fantastic furnishings, art, decorator collectibles and everyday necessities. There is quality furniture from makers Henredon, Harden, Hickory, Classic Leather, Natuzzi, Ficks Reed, Kensington Hill, Drexel, Ballard Design, McGuire and others.
The family collected many pieces of Lalique, Steuben, Lladro, Orrefors and have Art Deco & Art Nouveau items. Original paintings by R. F. Gilder and Edgar Payne; limited serigraph editions by Patrick Kelly, Grim Natwick (Betty Boop), Katrina Methot-Swanson, John Gordon, J. W. Rayland, Gene Roncka, Farrell Collett, Jame Killen, Burton E. Moore and Bruce Miller among others.
Entertaining was the norm here as there is fine china from Minton "Gold Pandora", Lenox China "Autumn", Dansk and Port Meirion. Place settings highlighted with crystal glassware from Josair, Fostoria, Baccarat and Steuben. Sterling flatware from Gorham along serving pieces from Reed & Barton and Wallace grace the table.
If you are updating your bedrooms decor you have multiple choices from the bedroom furniture sets and a large inventory of linens, comforters, bedspreads etc.
There are two laundry stations in the home. The laundry room has a matched pair of LG washer & dryer. The lower-level area has a stack set of Whirlpool units. All of those are available for purchase.
Perhaps you are in search of some serious music equipment. We have a three speaker surround set of Paradigms. These are powered up by a Denon AVR 1912 surround receiver. We also have a second surround receiver: Denon AVR 1905 to sell as well. Both receivers produce powerful output.
Besides the typical items you find in every homes’ garage you might be interested in the Toro CCR3650 electric start snowblower. If you are a serious gardener we have an Aries 24 Rototiller too. The garage is loaded with camping gear like trail tents, sleeping bags, camp stoves, Coleman lamps and misc. essentials such as insect repellants, personal hygiene and medical supplies. If you are "glamping" (sort of) there are hand agitator portable clothes washers. You “back to nature" types can avail yourself to shelves full of canning jars & equipment, seed dryer screens and a grain mill to grind your own flour.
You can visit our personal accessory areas where you will select jewelry, women's clothing, a Christian Nobel fur and a floor length mink coat. Browse the groupings of colognes, perfumes, lotions, soaps and healthcare available too.
Save yourself a trip to pick up everyday disposables. The storerooms are completely full of toilet paper, Kleenex, paper napkins and plates, plastic flatware, disposable cups, bandages, light bulbs, disposable aluminum pans. Cleaning and homecare products too.
Our sale begins this Friday, July 26th through Sunday, July 28th: 10am to 4pm Friday and Saturday and 10am to 5pm on Sunday. Bidding ends at 4pm Sunday. The address for this sale will be available after 8:30am Friday morning.
