NO food or drink allowed and there will be NO public restrooms available for this sale and no exceptions. Please plan accordingly.

Due to the fragile nature and the numerous items for sale, children are discouraged from attending. If you bring children, they must remain with you and be closely supervised at all times.

There are 3 levels in this home so please bring any assistance needed. This home is not handicap accessible.

       Our client has downsized and is liquidating the remainder of household items in this estate.  She was a sales clerk for over 30 years at Dillards and has an extensive designer wardrobe and accessories from that time period.   Women's clothing sizes M, L, PL, XL, 10, 12 and 14.  Shoe sizes 8 1/2 to 9.  Lots of dress suits, casual dress, slacks, skirts, tops, blouses, evening wear, nightgowns, pajama sets, coats and vests, purses, scarves, belts, shoes and loads of costume jewelry. .

​     We are offering a few antiques, vintage and collectibles from our own inventory in this sale as well. These include but are not limited to a Victorian cast iron crib with mattress; cute 1950s unpainted pine vanity table with fold out arms, drawer storage and built in shoe rack; vintage mirrors and pictures. 

​     We have sorted through the clothing and accessories so all that merchandise should be very good to excellent quality without stains or flaws and a great bargain.  (Some still have original tags).  This will be a clean sale and most items are in very good condition and working unless noted.
