IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to Covid19, we are limited the amount of customers in the house at one time to 10 persons to protect those who are most vulnerable. We will hand out numbers at the door and as one shopper leaves, another will take their place. We are also taking temperatures at the door. Face masks are recommended. Sanitizer is provided. No children admitted.

CASH. CREDIT (purchases $75 and above). NO checks. Everything is sold as is and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please review your items carefully.
NO food or drink allowed and there will be NO public restrooms available for this sale and no exceptions. Please plan accordingly.
There are entry stairs and other stairs in this home so please bring any assistance needed. This home is not handicap accessible.

BRING HELP TO MOVE HEAVY ITEMS! We do not have staff to move large furniture and heavy items. Come prepared to handle heavy purchases on your own. Large items can be picked up at the end of the day or the end of the sale and even after the sale days.

The owner was a WWII veteran very active in the Hastings community throughout his life and we are proud to be working on his estate. Main categories include the following:

*Important Notice: Due to Covid 19, we will be taking the following steps to provide a safe environment for the more vulnerable folks.
-Temperature checks. If you are sick, send a family member of friend and please stay home. If you have a cough, please stay home.
-Due to the size of the home, we will be handing out numbers and shoppers will be limited to 10 at a time to allow for distancing. As folks check out, others will be allowed to enter.
