WE cannot give out prices before the sale, thanks for understanding
Numbers will be handed out Friday only for this sale between 8:30 and 9 am.
We will only allow a certain number of people in the sale at one time, the earlier you get there the faster you will get in.
Only 25 people allowed in this house at one time, The first 25 will be let in, as one person leaves another will be let in
We accept cash checks with proper ID & no credit cards on this sale (sorry)
Please do not ask us for pricing or purchasing any items before the estate sale as we do not give out prices or sell any
item in the house prior to any sale, this includes family members, they need to stand in line like all of our great customers.
We cannot help with heavy furniture items please be sure to bring help or schedule a time to pick up the items you buy as we cant lift heavy items...thanks
all items are as-is and must be removed by the last day of the sale at closing time.

Lets start by saying, parking on this sale is terrible, it is in a school area and you may have to walk a block or so. There is no parking on one side of the street, please do not attempt to do so as neighbors will probably call you in if the school does not...
With that out of the way:
This is a true blast from the past sale, house full of primitives, crocks, ammo boxes, Fireking, quilts, afghans, sewing, tools, antique and MCM furniture, embroidery, a huge swan collection, old kitchen counters and cupboards, oak secretary and dressers, copper boilers, much more.
