Most items will be priced (furniture, porcelain, pottery, art, antiques, yard care equipment).
This is a huge estate sale, so some small or items of lesser values may not be marked. We will be bartering with our customers for fair prices on these unmarked items. We like to deal:-)
Cash or check only-no credit cards.
No large handbags or bags allowed inside, we will provide white plastic bags.
We won't work with the phrase-"This is all I have for cash." If you don't have the required cash to pay for the item-then there is no sale.
We will not hold items aside, unless customer has guaranteed to purchase them or an agreement has been made.
Please bring ample packing material and boxes.
Items are being sold as is, so check all electric items before purchasing. If item is inoperative, you can return the same day for a refund.
If you break any high end items....you buy it.
There are several stairs in the house, please watch your children and watch your step:-)
We DON'T carry heavy items, so remember to bring help if purchasing larger merchandise-this includes refrigerators, washers, dryers, heavy furniture etc.,
