Half an Estate Sale

Half of the parents in this family passed away late last year and left a LOT of things behind - including a large property tax bill to cover, hence the "Half" of an estate sale.

The house is too tight for more than a dozen people, so we will have most items outside and in the garage. I know that is unusual for an estate sale, but trust me, you don't want 50 people trying to squeeze through the halls of a house built in the 50s. Plus, we still live there, and the stuff we are keeping would be in the way.

Saturday is 9-2 and Sunday is 9-4;

Items will be outside, but PLEASE DO NOT COME EARLY as I need that time to properly set up and make sure you have access to as many items as possible, power connections are set up for testing, etc.

We are calling this "Part 1" because we believe we will have enough to move out of this house to continue again the following weekend.

Keep coming back because we will keep bringing out more items as space is made.

Bring your own movers, as we will be unable to help. We are too old, have bad backs, or both.

Look for the Garage Sale and Yard Sale signs because that is what we have to hand, and besides, this "Estate Sale" is unique.

We will also be offering the larger pieces on FB Marketplace at the same time, and asking those buyers to attend the sale as well for inspection and pick up. There will be a few larger items listed with photos here soon.

First Come, First Served on all items.

Call or text the number for specific questions, but not for "what are the measurements" because I don't have the time or fortitude to measure everything, or ask "is it still there" because I may not know, and by the time you arrive - it might not be. Just come by and hope for the best.
