Included:

Lots of variety in this home sale including - Massive amount of electronics including video and audio editing equipment (Over 100 items.  List below-Apologies for formatting), Bang and Olufsen Beogram 4002 Turntable with Rosewood deck, Beautiful selection of fine and costume jewelry.  The back yard and front of home are filled with outdoor decor.  Very unique antique bedroom set and large antique armoir.  Many albums, home decor and doll collection. 

Numbers will be given out at approximately 8am on Friday. No numbers Saturday or Sunday.

Just a brief explanation regarding numbers:

Numbers are given out an hour before the sale begins on the first day. The first number given out goes to the first person in line, the second number goes to the second person in line and so on. This allows for an orderly entry into the sale and helps us control the number of people in the sale at one time. So, get here early if you want to be one of the first ones in!!

BIDDING

Bids accepted starting at 50% on most items priced over $100. Bidding ends Saturday at 3pm. Bid items must be picked-up by 2pm on Sunday.  

1/2 PRICE

Items $100 and below will be 1/2 price on Saturday & Sunday (Excludes items with bids and fine jewelry).

PARKING NOTE

The home is located on a street with No Parking on certain sides of the street.  Please note signs and park appropriately. Please be considerate of neighbor driveways and others trying to park. Driveway will be reserved for staff and loading. DO NOT park in front of the driveway!! Much thanks.

**Please bring appropriate help to move large items**

NO LARGE BAGS, LARGE PURSES OR BACKPACKS - we will be asking anyone who has one to leave it in their car.
