We accept cash, check, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Visa, Mastercard and Discover card. Please bring your own help to move/load large and heavy items. Additionally, we kindly request that you refrain from parking in front of mailboxes or blocking driveways in the vicinity. We appreciate your continued cooperation.
Bids can be placed on items over $100.00. Bids will be accepted until 4:00 pm CST on Sunday, August 10th. Once bidding ends, all bidders will be contacted. If there are more than one bidder, an auction over the phone will take place.
If you are out of town, shipping is available (added to your bill).
Initial bids will be 50% of the full asking price of any item over $100.00. Throughout the remainder of the sale, higher bids will be accepted to increase the sale price up to the original asking price.
All items under $100.00 will be half-price beginning Sunday.

Calling All Art Collectors!!
Our upcoming estate sale is about to be gallery-level good. We're talking pieces by Dale Chihuly, Alexander Calder, Yehouda Chaki, David Schluss, and many more. Whether you're a seasoned collector or just know good art when you see it, this is the sale you won't want to miss! The exact address will be posted Friday morning, August 9th.
Come join us at a sale for art appreciation fans AND/OR ladies of fine quality clothing including all accessories and jewelry. This home's design was destined to be the backdrop for the myriad selection of art, sculptures and unique collections of accent items.
The artwork is represented with paintings, lithographs, serigraphs and etchings from artists including Agam, Briss, Calder, Chalki, Dali, EngTay, Finch, Gerard, Hessam, Linderman, Lombarte, Mouly, Picasso, Posey, Schluss, Soraya, Tobiasse and others.
Of special consideration is the monumental painting by Dale Chilhuly.
Our client enjoyed acrylic art and sculptures particularly from Shlomi Haziza and VanTeal. The home has an unusual postmodern bench with lucite legs designed byShlomi Haziza, Quality furniture from Henredon, Elan, Jonathan Louis, Simmons, Bassett-Vaughan and Design Institute America are the primary manufacturers filling out the home.
You will also encounter designer pieces like Memphis Style table and chairs and others.
For you ladies you will want to visit the lower level where more than seven double display racks of clothing is available. Everyday, sports, casual and designer clothing fills the space. Chico's is a hallmark choice. Don't forget the accessories too: belts, shoes, scarves, vests, blazers, jackets and winter coats. Almost forgot the jewelry which is located on the upper balcony of the living room.
PLEASE NOTE! We've been informed that parking will not be allowed inside the housing complex for our upcoming estate sale. You may drop off passengers at the home, but all parking must be outside the complex. The good news? It's just a short 0.2-mile walk to the house!
For your convenience, we'll be offering golf cart transportation to and from the sale as best as we can, but we do ask for you patience as we work through the logistics.
