Bids can be placed on items over $100.00. Bids will be accepted until 4:00 pm CST on Sunday, June 9th. Once bidding ends, all bidders will be contacted. If there are more than one bidder, an auction over the phone will take place.
If you are out of town, shipping is available (added to your bill).
Initial bids will be 50% of the full asking price of any item over $100. Throughout the remainder of the sale, higher bids will be accepted to increase the sale price up to the original asking price.
All items under $100.00 will be half-price beginning Sunday.
All items are sold as is. We ask that you please inspect items carefully. All sales are final.

Please join us as we return to the Shadow View neighborhood for yet another great sale.
This home is designed for comfortable living and entertaining reflected in the furniture choices.
You will encounter quality furniture by manufacturers Bassett, England Co., Hickory Hill, Hooker, La-z-boy, Mersman, Sumter Cabinet Co., vintage Tell City rock maple and others.
Entertaining for dinner can be accomplished with the Metlox Poppy Trail dinnerware or the Johnson Brothers (England) vintage grape earthenware. Serve dessert in the hand painted Bavarian set. Loads of glassware including Fostoria Vesper stemware. There are sets of sterling flatware from Lunt and Reed & Barton. For your "fancy" meals there are two sets of gold-washed flatware.
For those with a penchant for nostalgic, unique Deco & Nouveau items we have several from the 1920's-30's era. There is a Demetre Chiparus deco "The Actress" figure, a brass mantel clock with a climbing nude figure, a E.W. Hering nouveau "poppy flower" vase with a woman reclining along the side and others. More contemporary items include a large brass snail sculpture by Matthew Placzek, Daniel Salazar & Orient/Flume paperweights.
Decorator items include Stiffel lamps, throw pillows, crystal candlesticks, art crystal bowls, ceramic art platters & bowls, brassware, pottery, porcelain pieces, etc. Linens, bedding, comforters, placemats. Select a nice piece from the jewelry presented too.
Additionally, there is an assortment of oil paintings, etchings, lithographs and other art media: oils by Robert Gilder and Wallace Weir Farnestock, batiks by Beth Erlund, paintings by Carol Pettit, photography art by Thomas Mangelsen, etching by Francis Roth, vintage engraved, hand-colored prints by James Audubon, Carter Holman prints and more.
There are several HDTV's, Aiwa CD compact stereo system, books, board games, yard games.
The garage has several ladders, gardening & lawn tools and equipment, storage units, patio furniture, hand tools etc. Golfers have misc. clubs to select from including a Scotty Cameron EG 94 putter and a red Ram golf bag.
