FAIRACRES TERRACE ESTATE SALE

PLEASE READ:

PARKING: We have permission to allow for parking on the WEST side of N 62ND STREET from UNDERWOOD AVENUE to CHICAGO STREET.  ALL VEHICLES MUST BE FACING SOUTH.  Please do not block any driveways or any fire hydrants.

For the safety of our customers and staff, we are taking the following precautions for this upcoming estate sale.  We have thoroughly discussed our plan with the Douglas County Department of Health:

·         We will be able to allow 10 customers in per floor of the home (basement, main floor, and second floor).

·         The basement will have a separate entrance and exit.  Access to and from the basement will not be allowed from the main level of the home. 

·         Access to the main floor and upstairs will be through the front door of the home.

·         Customers will need to maintain 6’ of social distancing while shopping in the home.

·         Customers waiting to get into the home will need to maintain 6’ of social distancing while in line.

·         We encourage customers to bring/wear face masks while in the home. 

·         We will have hand sanitizer on site at each entrance.

·         We will have employees stationed outside of each entrance to allow one-in, one-out at each entrance

·         Our sale will be conducted in accordance with the DHM (Directed Health Measure) issued by the governor.

We are excited to announce that we will also have an online store on our website where certain items from this sale can be purchased or bids can be placed.  We will send out several links to locate the items for this estate sale that can be purchased or bid on.  You will find a link on the home page of our website https://www.twistoffateestatesales.com/.  There you will find a button titled "Fairacres Terrace Estate Sale" that will take you to the online store.
