It’s my job to ‘get ‘er done’ but also, to be fair to the house owners.��
This house has two garages full of old tools and primitive camping items.
As always -Cash or Check with valid driver license. NO credit cards.
Buyers paying via check, must show drivers license or government issued photo ID, and provide address and phone number.
(Full prosecution for any bad checks and shoplifters).
Most items will be marked (we have a list of all items marked). Items that aren’t marked; let’s make a deal.
No piling of items unless you intend on purchasing those items for tagged price. Once a deal is made; no discounts on discounts.��
No VENMO on sales less than $35.
As always, we work with our patrons.
We will not hold items for anyone without a down-payment, and can only hold the item/items for one hour at which time it will go back for sale.
Please bring packing material and boxes as we won't have enough for all the breakables.
(Huge handbags and backpaks must be left at the front desk due to the amount of items at this sale).
You must make your own arrangements for moving any heavy items or furniture. We may be able to help for a fee.
We cannot help wrap your breakable items until time warrants differently.

We will not hold items aside unless the customer has guaranteed to purchase them or an agreement has been made.

Please bring ample packing material and boxes. We will supply some paper for glass.

Items are being sold as is, so check all electric items before purchasing. If the item is inoperative, you can return the same day for a refund.

If you break any high-end items. You buy them.

We are not responsible for any personal injury accidents.
Please wash items once you purchase them. We washed some, but not all.
**Make sure all electronics work.**
There are stairs in the house; so please watch your children and watch your step.
