Cash only sale!!!!!

If you show up without cash and would like a purchase I will add 20% convenience fee to cover tax and the fact you ignored the prior sentence stating cash only!!!!! No exceptions.

I will offer early sales IF and only if you send pic of what you want and an offer. I will not reply otherwise.

I have a small space and will limit the number of people if too many show up.

Week 1 will be sold as priced and if you don’t like the price you’re welcome to make offers after week 1!


Week 2-3 will be taking offers on anything left. So something you want. Take a pic and send offers after Sunday of week 1. Week 2-3 will be appointment only to sell off remaining stock. Then a final sale day with big discounts.

Some higher priced items I will take offers on and you can leave name, number and a bid and can follow up after sale.


Last day of sale everything remaining will be 50% off or more. Sale will be possibly 3 weeks depending on interest. So 50% off will be EITHER 2nd or 3rd week of sale.
