Any amounts over $800, can’t be via check. We can accept a money order from the bank.

Buyers paying via check, must show drivers license or government issued photo ID, and their provide address and phone number.
(Full prosecution for any bad checks and shoplifters).
We charge $25 to carry sold-heavy items out of the house and help put into your vehicle, or the buyer must bring help.
••This sale will feature two buildings (a large out- building and home)••
The home has two floors and an attached garage. The 80’ x 40’ Out-building is in the back yard. (This is where the antique and vintage auto and vehicle parts are located as well as lawn , and garden equipment.
Please use the front door for entry and exit only for purchases in the home.
Once, a patron has purchased something from the house, they will have to go around the home to get to the large out-building in the back for the other out-building purchases••
Money will be collected in both buildings for items purchased within those structures.
As always, we work with our patrons.
We will not hold items for anyone without a down-payment and can only hold the item/items for one hour at which time it will go back for sale.
Large Backpacks will not be allowed.
We have boxes here if needed.
Totes may be checked upon leaving the house. We will give out receipts for the house purchases. These receipts must be shown before entering the large garage to prove you paid for your house items.
Vice versa—-Please show our home estate sale attendants receipts for items purchased in the outbuilding.
This method will stop chances of double charges the patron falready paid for.
You must make your own arrangements for moving any heavy items or furniture. We prefer larger furniture wait to be removed on the last day of the sale. We will have a dolly on hand if you need to use one.
We cannot help carry heavy items to your car without being paid to do so. ($25 per customer)
Because of the large amount of used and NOS antique auto parts, No refunds.
Most of the vintage bar mechanical toys don’t work.
Items are being sold as is.
If you break an item, you will need to buy the item.
We are not responsible for any personal injury accidents. Enter at your own risk!
••The outbuilding has lots of greased and dirty auto parts, so bring gloves, but please beware of the grease and dress accordingly. ••
