Former Omaha Physician and his wife are heading South! This is a huge apartment filled with high quality items that are in excellent shape. We have a few guns and lots of ammo available for sale - see below!
Parking is going to be hectic - Please do not park in someone's driveway - you will be towed without notice!! Plus the management company will not be happy at all - we want to make this a great experience for everyone! Haul you items outside and then put them in your vehicle. Do not let it sit in the drive while you do more shopping - it will upset the residents - not good.
All sales are as is and are final.

AMMO - all good - boxes were damaged or broken so we put like kind bullets in bags, We did our best to sort them. Note!! some bags have less than what a normal box would hold -(15,21,18... and some have more - 34) we kept the bags of 22 shells to 50 per bag

We really need your help with this sale – Parking is at a premium and there are neighbors that will have your car towed if it is front of their garage! There is parking available – but you may have to walk – unlike our normal sales! Everything will be loaded out the garage or side doors – so if you are going to load an item – take it outside first so the time to load will be minimized.
The Apartment is bigger than it looks and is on the south side of the complex – very tricky to find! We will try to keep signs up, however, they may take them down - so come a day or two early and Lewis and Clark this sale so you know where to go! You will not be disappointed!
