~Please be respectful of all neighbors and do not park on their grass or in their driveway. Also please make sure you are not blocking the flow of traffic. Emergency vehicles MUST be able to get down the street.

This home is stacked! A very eclectic selection of items fill this home of two levels, a full two car garage and even a separate building will keep you very busy! This is a total liquidation, absolutely everything you see is for sale. Even the hundreds of photos don't do justice as to the vast quantity this sale has to offer. Absolutely something for everyone. We will have this sale on Saturday August 19th. so that everyone can attend. Collectors, Resellers, Shopaholics and even Scrapers, this is the sale to attend!
PLEASE BRING CASH: Items for sale in the separate building can only be paid for with cash. You will need to pay the salesperson working that building. As always, items inside the home itself will be CASH & CREDIT/Debit Cards.

Estate Sale Parking: Because there isn't much of a shoulder on the street, we recommend parking on an adjacent street (Old Coach Rd). Parking in driveway for the immediate picking up of paid for items only.

*Our estate sales are simply conducted on a first-come, first-served basis. Get there early if you expect to be one of the first to enter. Often we have long lines therefore we have to limit the amount of shoppers inside at one time. We open promptly at the advertised time for each sale. We never allow early entry. We don't give out prices before the sale for any reason. Security cameras and security alarm system in place at home and during the sale. WE PROSECUTE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
