~We accept cash & credit cards with the proper I.D. ( NO FEE'S! )
~Not responsible for on-site accidents or property damage.
~All sales are final. No returns, money back, or warranty's. All items sold as is where is and untested.
~Please be respectful of all neighbors and do not park on their grass or in their driveway. Also please make sure you are not blocking the flow of traffic. Emergency vehicles MUST be able to get down the street.
~Prices will not be released early. You must come to the sale to know the prices. This is the golden rule of professionally run Estate Sales.
~Security system is in place at residence and during sale.
~Out of respect for our homeowners, NO ANIMALS OR DRINKS ALLOWED.
~We may limit the amount of shoppers inside home at any given time.

This a must attend sale, a 5 Hour only liquidation of the contents of this home so make sure to be there early for first dibs! The homeowner has told us to completely empty the home, so we are not going to hold back.... we intend to sell to the walls! Come on out Saturday April 22nd. from 9am 'till we close around 2pm., bring a friend and let's have some fun!

Bring shopping bags with you! We simply cannot supply boxes & shopping bags for hundreds of people.* NOTE: We reserve the right and WILL check ALL boxes & bags before you exit.

*Our estate sales are simply conducted on a first-come, first-served basis. We open promptly at the advertised time for each sale. We never allow early entry. We don't give out prices before the sale for any reason. *We use security cameras, we employ street clothed security/police officers, we pre-program the local police into our phones, and ask them to look over property during off hours, we use two-way radios, we check bags/boxes at check out and upon exiting we match up your receipt to your paid items among other "secret" ways to deter theft from our sales. *Please note: WE PROSECUTE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
