We ask that all buyers conduct themselves in an orderly fashion and respect the homeowners belongings and property. Please do not park in the driveway as this will be used for pickup of purchased items.
Please remember that all items are sold "as is" with no refunds. Be sure to examine all items carefully before buying.
We cannot predict how many people will arrive at our sales. Depending on the size of the estate, we may have to limit how many people can come in at one time by handing out numbers starting 1 hr. prior to the start time of the sale. Please be prepared to wait in line.
There is absolutely no smoking on the property.
There are no restrooms available.
Please observe parking signs.
The Buyer is responsible for the pickup and removal of all items by the end of the sale on the final day. The staff cannot leave the house during the sale to help load large items.
We accept cash and credit cards (sales over $25.00). Absolutely No Checks.
We are required to collect sales tax. Maine sales tax 5.5% - Massachusetts sales tax of 6.25% Please bring your sale tax exemption number to sales in these states.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a sale, notification of these changes will be done no later than 6 p.m. the day prior to a scheduled sale.
