~Please be respectful of all neighbors and do not park on their grass or in their driveway. Also please make sure you are not blocking the flow of traffic. Emergency vehicles MUST be able to get down the street.

Please Note, we will limit this room to a very small amount of people at a time, and anything autographed cannot be taken from the room. Once you tell the salesperson working the table you want to buy an item, it will be marked with you name, and you will then go pay and come back with a paid receipt. Only then will you be given your item.

Cash and Credit Only *Our estate sales are simply conducted on a first-come, first-served basis. We open promptly at the advertised time for each sale. We don't give out prices before the sale for any reason. *We use security cameras, we employ street clothed security officers, we pre-program the local police into our phones, and ask them to look over property during off hours, we use two-way radios, we check bags/boxes/items at check out and upon exiting among other "secret" ways to deter theft from our sales. *Please note: WE PROSECUTE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
