This will be a cash and carry sale. Local checks will be accepted with pre approval by on site coordinator. No credit cards will be accepted. Alternate pick up times can be arranged for any large items purchased that cannot be taken the day of the sale. Items left to be picked up must be paid for in full and picked up no longer than three days after sale ends. All collectible and fragile items must be removed by purchaser, we will not wrap or transport these pieces once they are purchased. Boxes & some wrapping material will be provided for customer's use. We will make every effort to assist you in any way possible to make this and enjoyable experience. Delivery of furniture can be arranged with on site coordinator for a delivery charge.
Further instructions will be provided the day of the sale if necessary. The sale will begin promptly at 8 AM on May 20th. As we always do at our sales, fresh coffee and donuts will be provided 1 hour prior to the sale at 7 AM.
This will be a first come first served sale, so get there early to get a good spot in line. I will determine the morning of the sale if entry to the sale will require numbers and will assign accordingly if need be. However, please do not arrive prior to 6:30 AM out of respect for the home owners and neighbors. If you have any questions about the sale or about any of the items in the sale please feel free to email or send a text message to the number provided. All emails and texts will be promptly returned.

Here we go again folks, it's springtime and time to come out for another great estate tag sale brought to you by AMERICANA ESTATE SALES & LIQUIDATORS. After a spectacular 2015, we are kicking off 2016 with this amazing one owner estate that is loaded to the gills with Antiques & Collectibles of all kinds. The amount of items in the cellar, attic, garage and throughout the home are staggering.
The owners have been collectors for over 50 years and had a special love for antique clocks and vintage gas powered airplanes. When I say clocks and airplanes, you will not believe your eyes. Hundreds of antique clocks and box upon box of antique clock parts as far as the eye can see. A highlight of the clocks is a late 18th or early 19th century John Stancliffe English Oak Longcase Clock, a must see!!!
The gentleman of the house had a true love for aviation and started flying gas powered custom built model airplanes in the late 1950's, and he never stopped. There are hundreds of airplanes, kits, parts, rare vintage engines and complete and semi-complete airplanes everywhere. Wait till you see the pictures!!!
In addition there is an extensive collection of antique and vintage sleds, thousands and thousands of tools that will be lotted for sale, antique & vintage included, furniture, primitives and tons of vintage automotive parts and collectibles including antique cast iron doorstops and vintage and antique toys. Additionally, highlighting the sale are two beautiful, all original antique floor safes dating to the late 19th century complete with combinations in working condition!
