This beautiful home is up for sale and the furnishings in it must be sold.  Prices are firm on Friday until noon when reasonable offers will be entertained. Saturday prices will be 25% to 50% off the sticker price from Friday.  At the end of the day on Saturday the house must be emptied and ready for sale.  Bring a friend with a truck and boxes and packing materials for your own use.  

Selling: Living room, dining room, and bedroom furniture, rugs, Hoosier cabinet, oak buffet, Oak four drawer file cabinet, sterling silver flatware set, artwork, book collection, complete contents of the kitchen cabinets, ceramic figurines a basement full of modern tools and related items, and other lawn and garden accessories, the contents of a large attached carriage building and two car garage that is packed, lamps, mirrors, glassware, dishware, cookware, upholstered furniture, knick-knacks, outdoor and patio furniture, work benches and storage cabinets, hardware and lumber, plants, and so much more.  

Terms:  This is a CASH AND CARRY tag sale, NO debit or credit cards accepted. All items must be paid for in full before being removed from the house, NO SALES TAX. Please be respectful of this beautiful home while inside the home or parking on the road.  The driveway will be blocked off for a loading zone.  Please no smoking on the premises. We will have help for moving and loading.
