This beautiful home is up for sale and the immaculate furnishings in it must be sold.  We will be selling antique furniture, fine glassware and dishware, Oriental rugs, gold and silver jewelry right down to the everyday household goods from the kitchen, attic, basement and garage.  Bring a friend with a truck and boxes and packing materials for your own use.  

Antiques: 19^thCentury Cherry corner cupboard, period Queen Anne drop leaf table, 19^thcentury grandfather’s clock by Frederick Wingate of Augusta Maine in excellent running order and condition, period tilt top candle stand, 12 drawer apothecary cabinet with porcelain pulls, Victorian Walnut cylinder desk, five….yes five period chests of drawers, two and three drawer stands, period Governor Winthrop desk, unusual folk art tall blanket chest with nautical theme, a second tall blanket chest with later folk art painted design, and other good small pieces of furniture.

Terms:  This is a CASH AND CARRY tag sale, NO debit or credit cards accepted. All items must be paid for in full before being removed from the house, NO SALES TAX. Please be respectful of this beautiful home while inside the home or parking on the road.  The driveway will be blocked off for a loading zone.  Please no smoking on the premises. We will have help for moving and loading.

Early entrance option:  I am selling the opportunity between now and Sunday morning of the sale for up to the first 20 buyers to gain early entrance at 9:30 am to this sale at a price of $25.00 per person.   This fee is for one person and NOT for a group of two or more people (two buyers together would mean $25.00 each and would have to purchase two of the 20 spots).  This fee allows the buyer to enter the home at 9:30 am and shop and purchase for ½ hour before the doors open at 10 am to the general public. This fee also allows a buyer to arrive at 9:30 am and not have to stand in line for hours before the sale as well as not rushed while shopping.
