New Hampshire Arcade Closing Auction

When bidding on any lot offered by Jaybird Auctions, the bidder indicates acceptance of the following terms of sale. Any participation in the auction binds you to the agreement of these terms whether or not you have read or understand the said terms.

All sales final. No items may be returned for any reason. Items are represented to the best of the auction house's ability, all descriptions are believed accurate but not guaranteed. No previews available for this auction. All items are being sold as-is/where-is. Card readers shown on machines are not included. Plush inside games is not included.

This is a REMOTE AUCTION. All items are located at Games on the Pier, 263 Lakeside Ave., Laconia, NH 03246. This location has ground-level loading access and there is no loading dock on the premises. The buyer is responsible for the removal of all items on the designated pickup days and MUST bring their own help and equipment for loading. Pickup days are flexible for larger machines. All items not retrieved after the designated pickup will be considered forfeited without refund, unless other arrangements have been made directly with the auction house. A select number of items are available for in-house shipping. You must notify the auction house prior to pickup day if you are needing in-house shipping. Please see specific item descriptions to know which items are eligible. Items brought back to our warehouse in Hagerstown, MD are subject to handling fees.

Invoices will be sent within 24 hours of the close of the auction. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. In-house buyer's premium is 15%. All credit and debit payments are subject to a 3% convenience fee. We do not accept American Express. All wire transfer payments are subject to any banking related fees. The auction house accepts cashier's checks or cash at pickup. High dollar invoices paying cash may be subject to a deposit. All invoices $5000 or greater are required to pay by wire, cashier’s check, or cash. If paying by any option other than credit card, the buyer must notify the auction house within 24 hours of the auction closing to avoid the auto payment.

Buyer releases Jaybird Auctions from any and all claims for loss or damage to any item during transit and agrees to pay all costs of defense, including attorney fees, for any claims brought against Jaybird Auctions for loss or damage occurring in transit.

All pickups are by APPOINTMENT ONLY in Laconia, NH. The pickup dates for this auction are as follows:



Thursday, October 8th, 8am - 2pm

Friday, October 9th, 8am - 2pm
