Registration & Bidding:

By registering and placing a bid, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. All bids are binding. Bidders are responsible for reviewing all descriptions and photographs prior to bidding. All items are sold as is.

CouchCart reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.

Payment:

All sales are final.

When Instant Autopay is enabled, invoices will be issued promptly after auction close and the credit card on file will be charged immediately upon invoicing. By bidding, you authorize payment processing through the card on file.

We do not accept cancellations, bid retractions, or post-sale negotiations. Non-payment, declined cards, or chargebacks will be reported to LiveAuctioneers and the associated lots will be forfeited. We do not hold items for delayed payment.

Buyer's Premium:

A buyer's premium will be added to the hammer price in accordance with the auction listing.

Condition:

CouchCart specializes in vintage toys, collectible items, clothing, and nostalgic finds. These items are often pre-owned and may show age-related wear. Descriptions and photographs are provided in good faith but are not guarantees. Buyers are encouraged to review all images carefully prior to bidding.

Shipping:

All items are in hand at the time of auction and ready to ship upon payment. We do not offer local pickup.

Shipping is handled in-house. Most items ship via USPS to provide competitive rates. Larger or high-value items over $1,000 may ship via UPS for appropriate insurance and handling.

Items are professionally packed using protective materials. Shipping and handling charges, including a materials fee, are the responsibility of the buyer and will be automatically charged to the card on file. All shipments originate from New Hampshire.
