Please be considerate when parking, home is on a quite side street please be prepared to park a bit further away. We will have driveway available so you can pull up and load if needed. Please be mindful of neighbors and their property.

LIST POLICY:
We will honor a list if one is mutually started amongst participants that morning.
We will not give out numbers but will acknowledge names on list or the line formed, if that is the case. We reserve the right to allow people in, first come first served.
Further instructions will be provided the day of the sale, if necessary.

*ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please inspect items before purchase, buy and attend at your own risk.
*We are not responsible for accidents
*All items must be removed day of sale.
*We do not pre-sell items.
*Staff is not responsible for carrying items/furniture.
(we do help if possible but you need to be prepared to move large items on your own.)
Local delivery of items might be possible, for a fee, but this needs to be coordinated with sale manager, if possible)

Featuring the entire contents of a lovely smoke and pet free home in Peterborough.  From the basement to the garage, we have a great selection of quality items to offer. Sale is Friday Aug. 18th, Saturday the 19th. and Sunday the 20th.

**Vintage Fashion:  Collection of vintage clothing, including elegant handbags, shoes, hats, scarfs,jackets, throws, and gowns. Mostly women’s clothing.  Also, Hartman tweed belted leather luggage, Antique Ice Skates by Winchester Repeating Arms.

**Artwork: Ready for your walls, paintings, etchings, prints and vintage posters. Of Interest: Watercolor Landscape by Listed Artist Dorothy Hambly Ellen.
