Estate sale with tools and furniture

- We will help you carry items to your car. (Not responsible for damage or injury if we help you move items).
- We will be able to arrange a later pickup date if you can't take your large item(s) right away. (Must be paid in full to hold).
- This is an in-person estate sale where items are sold as first come first served to the first person that gets the item and purchases it.
- Driveway is a private lane that is shared with a neighbor; space is limited on private driveway with more parking on street without blocking neighbors.
- Absolutely no animals of any kind or size, food, or drink, can be allowed in the home.
- All items are sold AS IS where is, and there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges. If you break something, we do expect you to pay for it. Please handle all items carefully.
- This estate is private property, and we reserve the right to ask you to leave at anytime for any reason.
- You enter the property at your own risk. The homeowner is not responsible for accident or injury.
- Cash or certified checks accepted.
