This is a massive sale and one you do not want to miss! This is an old building so not a place to wear pajamas and sandals into, good shoes are a must and there are 4 floors of items to see. No food or drinks allowed and really not a place for kids with lots of breakables. You break it you buy it in effect. THIS IS AN ARCHITECTURAL SALVAGER'S DREAM!!This sale is phase II of a huge liquidation of a local estate. It has hundreds of wooden doors salvaged from Victorian and newer homes and buildings, wooden gears, windows, foundry molds, trim pieces,  and machined parts, and pretty much anything you needed to build a big nice house in early 1900's. There are also stained glass, windows and tons of random items like railings and signs etc (2 floors of architectural items) plus bottoms floors will be filled with various antique pieces from toys, to furniture and everything in between Jewelry collectibles etc. The pictures you see are about half of what is here, just too much to take pictures of every little item. Also PLEASE do not ask us to measure or price an item you see. Pricing questions will not be answered and we do not sell online. You must come to the sale in person for pricing.
