This is an online only auction. No phone, text, or email bids can be accepted. All items start at $1 with no reserves.
All items are sold as is, as shown, and all sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges, descriptions are the opinion of auctioneer. Please look carefully at photos, do research if you need to, and ask any questions you may have before bidding. All Gold or silver jewelry is marked as such. All weights shown on scale or in descriptions of gold items are in PENNYWEIGHT (1.555 grams in each pennyweight or 20 pennyweight in a troy ounce)

SHIPPING -All items will be shipped via USPS priority flat rate mail to the address you have on file with Auctionninja at winning bidder's expense. We will combine as many items as we can into smallest box/es possible to save on costs, but all items must be insured. We cannot hold or store your items.

Please make sure your credit card on file with Auctionninja is correct to prevent payment issues or delays. Items not able to be charged for shipping will be forfeit without refund after 7 days from the auction close.

Please make sure that your shipping address is current with Auctionninja! We can only ship to the address you have on file with them. This is required by the payment company to prevent fraud and makes sure someone can't steal your card and buy something on the site, then have it shipped to their address. If you need to change it after the fact you will need to sign a form as well as provide positive government issued ID to have your item mailed.

All items for sale are described based on the opinion of the auction manager, information available from the consignor, as well as a jeweler. Bidders are encouraged to do their own research and bid accordingly. We will provide as much info as possible in descriptions and take good pictures of every part of the items. There are no refunds or returns and any customer that wins and items and pays for it does so acknowledging that they will not dispute any charges or attempt to return items once picked up or shipped. no refunds will be issued and all items requested to be shipped will be done so with insurance . If an item is damaged in shipping, that is the purpose of the insurance and no refund will be issued.
