Terms and conditions are: CASH CASH CASH Nice beachy stuff house sale ......bring cash and your own help for furniture. Our sale workers on-site will be dedicated to working inside during the sale. No pre-sales. No deliveries are available, Bring your own packing material for dishes etc. no credit cards or Venmo, EP apps. All sales are final, with no returns. There is no warranty on items purchased. All items are as is where is in the sale. Numbers will be given 30 minutes before the start time of the sale. 5/10 people will be admitted at a time, with allowance for shopping and purchases. Bring help if you plan on buying things that require assistance with carrying and loading.
