Single family home estate/moving sale. Cash, credit and Venmo with ID accepted. All sales are final. A non-refundable deposit will hold an item for a reasonable amount of time. Please bring help to load large items, as there are no lifters available. Items can be picked up at a later date at the convenience of the homeowner and the liquidator. They must, however, be paid for in full in advance (non-refundable). The home owner, or the liquidator, or their agents are not responsible for accidents. This is a private sale and we reserve the right to refuse admission to any and all who are not conducting themselves in an orderly fashion. Please respect the neighbors privacy and property. We are having Part 2 of the Elm Hill Farm Estate in Bedminster. This sale will feature 50+ pieces of art by the late Prich Matthews. She was a well known artist and local historian. Her works include pieces both large and small, with a large assortment of abstracts. Also included in this sale are some items left from the last sale. The garage has also been cleaned out and there are a few items for sale in there also. This is part two of a sale held in this same location. Due to the soft ground conditions, our last sale found several cars stuck in the mud. Please keep this in mind when parking.
