Cash only. No personal checks. All sales final/no exchanges or refunds. All items are sold "as is". Anything broken must be paid for by the customer. Please bring your own help to load large items, we do not move or ship items. All purchased furniture must be removed within 48 hours. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries. We do not have packing material for large items.

Please understand that no backpacks or large purses will be allowed. There are no public restrooms. The number of participants inside will be limited at any given time (numbers may be issued). Directions will be posted one day prior to the sale.
