Numbers will be distributed on Thursday and Friday an hour before the sale opening by our staff.
Customers may arrive to sign their name to our list on Wednesday night in order to be first in line during the Thursday opening. The Estate Sale List will be posted on Wednesday night at approximately 6pm. Our staff gives out numbers on Thursday an hour before the sale, according to the list. After you receive your number, you must be present when the doors open at 1pm.

Our staff gives out numbers on Friday morning an hour before the sale, according to the list. After you receive your number, you must be present when the doors open at 9am.

Those who are not present when their number is called will have to go to the back of the line. WE ONLY HONOR OUR LIST. We recommend photograph the list after signing.

We are thrilled to bring you to an incredible, unbelievable estate from a lifelong resident of Bloomfield, NJ. This home contains some of the most eclectic and immense collections we have ever seen!

The is a very large sale and space is tight, as a result we must request all customers leave bags and large jackets in their vehicles during their Magnusson shopping experience.
