All Sales Final: All items are sold as-is, where-is. All sales are final. Please inspect items carefully before purchasing.
Pickup & Moving: Buyers are responsible for removing and transporting their purchases. Please bring your own help and equipment to move large, heavy, or bulky items. Our staff cannot guarantee assistance with moving large items.
Safety: Please use caution while on the property. You assume responsibility for your own safety and belongings while attending the sale. The estate sale organizers and property owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost or damaged personal property, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Removal: Purchased items must be removed by the agreed-upon pickup deadline. Buyers are responsible for arranging transportation and labor.
Respect the Property: Please do not enter restricted areas or open cabinets, drawers, boxes, or rooms marked as off-limits.
